Delete your account
You can delete your hitchhopp account and its data at any time.
In the app
Sign in, open Me, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account.
What gets deleted
Your account, the runs you have already driven, and — if you are the last adult in your household — your household and its children. If you are the last parent and another adult stays behind (a grandparent, say), their account is deleted too, along with the children, and they are told by email. Any invitation you sent to join your household that nobody has accepted yet is withdrawn.
Other adults in your household
If you are the last parent in your household, any other adults there — a grandparent, for instance — are deleted too, together with the children. They are told by email when it happens.
Runs you were going to drive
Any upcoming run you were down to drive goes back to the group, and the group is told within a few minutes. When children lose their seat on a run that still has another car, their own parents are told too — even with that kind of email switched off — naming the activity, the day and time, and that a driver dropped out.
When it happens
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Email bram@obskur.studio from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
